Micah Member 14 Member For: 15y 9m 10d Posted 02/06/13 08:19 AM Share Posted 02/06/13 08:19 AM I'm in the market for a FG F6 but want to know if their is any updates/upgrades worthy of buying a later model F6 as opposed to buying a 2008 model.I'm 22 and this will be my first FPV but my 3rd ford (I own a FG gas ute currently and had a BA xr6 ute before that). So back to my original question, is there any worth while upgrades on the later models as opposed to the earlier models?Cheers

The tuners can get more rwkw's out of the 4's with just a tune. And euro 4's have fpv on the steering wheel and the dash and key instead of ford. And I think the factory wheels went from 18's to 19's

They were commonly optioned though by dealers on the demo cars

Series 1 had the option of the dark argent wheels and the twisty wheels standard. Series 2 only got the twisties. The statement about the euro4 making more power with a tune is bs too. The series 2 get the "GT" styled 5 spokers across the range I believe.(There hasn't been an 18" rim since the BA straight spoked wheels.)Ryno, there's a gent on here that got almost 325 rwkw tune only from XFT on his Euro4... Good news for me and my Euro4 F6 if it's legit And yep, the MKII's get the projector lights and touch screen command centre as far as I know.
