How long did it take them to fix??

mine is due in for a service and I wanted Ford to have a look and possibly make a claim.. I'm sick of seeing tiny bits where the mudflaps have made their impression on the paintwork..

Tried to polish it out looks better but you still can see it

Took 3 days, dropped it in Monday morning, picked it up Wednesday arvo. They replaced the hinges on the tailgate too as they had started to go rusty. I hadn't noticed, but that was nice of them.

yeah - this happened to mine (down to metal and rusting), but I was out of warranty and had a few dings on the tub and broken rear tail light and the bumber was loose after getting caught on a gutter so I figured it would be easier to fix myself

it was, I bought a new white tub off ebay for $500 - would have cost me more than that in lost income dealing with ford

A loose bumber does sound serious. I hope you have been to the Doc's?

I tried to gain access to the gf's rear mud flap but she wouldn't have a bar of it.

Unsure where I stand in regards to warranty.

Hahaha, no way. Know the ins and outs of the existing model far far too well, can take it to the limit and come back in one piece every time now, drive it daily and very reliable!

^^^^^^^^^ This guy.

Pics of GF rear mudflap. Have you asked her what her warranty status is like, might be better than fraud.
