Not sure it'll buff out.

:spit:

I'm somewhat disappointed Skywalker hasn't been in this thread asking you how to tell when it's rubbed through to the undercoat. :verysad:

Dropped my ute off to Ford this morning for them to check it out, I suspect they will deny the claim. The service guy didn't even want to try it, he said the flaps are loose (haha) and basically not their problem. I had to push him just to get him to put it to Ford.

Rowdy im hearing ya, I rang them down here in Adelaide (2 different ford dealers) neither of them sounded like they wanted a bar of it.

I have to drive there for them to 'inspect' it now

Considering just leaving them, although they do scrape every time I leave/enter my driveway, kind of annoying

lol first world problems here

if they do approve the claim, I bet the colour match is spot on.....

whats going to be more annoying? your mudflaps scraping on your driveway, or your bumper bar/skirt paint not matching the rest of your factory paintwork?

The most annoying part is wanting to take the flaps off and being left with no paint on the outlines of where they were, If it was just the skirt I probably wouldn't care, but the wear marks go up the side of the tub.
