Fuel Filter

hey everyone im new here so not to sure if this topic has been discussed but any way jere we go all I want to know is where on the bf xr6t is the fuel filter and what filter should I change it with

Under the car on the inner side of the left chassis rail (whils looking at the rear of the car) and about half way along the car. Pretty much where the front and rear door end and start

Will be heard ... Note .. Well undoing motor side of fuel filter make sure head not in way or spanner may hit head .... Hahahaha learn from my mistakes

I remember when I had to do mine I tryed spanners no good, went and bought a cheap set of pipe spanners and opened them up, went and borrowed a set of expensive pipe spanners and lots of bees piss god dam it was tight!!!

Lol, I paid the mechanic $50 to change the oil and fuel filter last week, anything to do under the car without a hoist is a hassle.

I managed to undo the filter with a set of vice grips and a spanner.

Pull out the fuse/sender in the fuse box in the engine bay while running the car to expel some the fuel from the line.

Also watch your mouth when it finally comes loose.
