Whatsthe difference between a ba xr6t and a ba f6 tyfoon?

is it :

intercooler

added air intake to lower part of air box

and tune?

if so could you just add the intercooler from a f6 and a cold air intake similar to the f6 intake and then get ford to flash a f6 tune on it?

just somthing I was thinking of....not saying im gonna do itto mine but ws curious to know what the differences are to make the extra 30kw over the xr6t

That's exactly what I've done to my ba xr6 turbo, although the ba f6 has stronger valve springs and rods also, so it's a little bit of a risk but there are people with a lot more power on there stock motors than me.

Do Ford even do this for customers? If you're going to pay for a tune you would be better off getting a custom vcm tune.

Ford wont do it, I did mine myself using the vcm software. It costs $100 to unlock your cars VIN, then you modify your tune so its the same as the f6 one.
