This well have a roll on affect. All the other smaller companies will start laying off works.

Still would like to thank Ford because without the T's I wouldnt off meet the people from here that I/we now call mates.

We'll still have the forum and our T's.

would it really be worth investing though? or is it more for sentimental value?

I know when The new model comes out, im really hoping I have a house by then so I can buy one of the last ever F6's, There will never another 6 that sounds as good or looks as tough as the F6 I rekon

Yeah its very sad, I actually think the FG XR6 Turbo for the price is one of the best cars on the road, both from a performance and refinement basis.

I don't know of many cars that can accelerate to 100KPH in low 5s in totally stock form, and do it so effortlessly.

I can only imagine how even better the XR6T would have gotten in future models, if it was only given a chance to evolve.

Though I think if the Yanks got a hold of the XR6T there would be definitely be big demand for it.

Does anyone know what will be replacing the XR6T?...and will it be truly offer the same refinement and performance?

Sad last days indeed!

However I know I will be driving Falcon all the way to the end! I still want a FG F6 ute...When I get off my p's that is.

But who will be the manufacturer to step up and make a nice performance sports ute e.g turbo 6, or v8.
Toyota? Nissan? someone has to right? I don't really want to drive a Commodore, if somehow they manage to keep going...

HA Expensive Daewoo are asking the govt for more money. Pazz, tell your mates to do the right thing like Ford did.

The govt already have them 275 mill a few years ago and and Ford only got 30m.
