Hi fatz I fairly new to the turbo experience. What will E85 do?

I think e85 is a different mixture of ethanol and petroleum to burn differently to make more power. I'm not sure if we over here in the west have e85 like they do over east. I was speaking to a mate of mine running a GT-R34, and he's getting his e85 from QLD? if anyone here in the west can comment as to whether we get it or not and where from?!

Other thing to be concerned about is that because they burn differently, everytime you change fuels between e85 and normal 98 RON, you have to change the tune of the engine, or you could end up with a catastrpophic failure! Simon should be able to explain in greater detail as he's the pro!

Hope this helped!

Thanks YOZ, I think I will just stick to RON 98, I will just take it to Simon and get a few more mods in a couple of months when I safe up some more coin. I will have to ring him to find out what a intercooler and injectors are going to cost. Cheers

Aww no e85 for you guys yet? They just starting to roll them out in the servos here in Sydney and yes you can get some easy kw out of it but car has to be tuned for it and its cheaper at the pump to $1.10-$1.30 average price so win win for all
