Warranty Question- Fg F6

Just wondering if anyone with an fg f6 (not sure if other fpvs have them also) has noticed the front drivers seat tends to bubble and crease right under where the butt would sit.

9/10 second hand f6's I have looked at have had it, and the eventual one I bought also had it

My question is, is this a warranty replacement job? Has any one exeperienced this?

The car I just bought still has a couple of months warranty remaining and want to make the most of it if possible

You could try... some would say wear and tear. I probably wouldnt do it under warranty unless there was a material defect

Every leather Fg I have seen has this my G6ET as well.

Same problem in my F6..I already checked with Ford, and they had an appraisal done on it from the warranty clerk. basically its wear and tear of the seat so they won't replace it. I spoke with an upholsterer and he said they can rectify it with "pretty much the same leather" for a couple of hundred bucks.

I have also gotten some cracks in the seat where you slide into it on the driver's side, around where the tag saying "SRS AIRBAG" and this is one of the things that can't be avoided, apparently.
