Hey guys just want some adivce tips hints etc on my build

currently im running 410rwkw with the following mods on a BA ute

fully built engine with cosworth pistos and atomic rods

atomic race girdle

atomic billet oil gears

race bearings through out (forgot brand :\)

Atomic 4.5 cams

atomic valve springs

mls head gasket

engine is fully balanced and blueprinted

t56 gearbox w/ npc 6spot clutch

billet zp turbocharger with external gate welded off exhaust housing

dual 044 setup with 2.5l surge tank

650cc injectors

std manifolds

process west 4" race intake system

process west stage 3 intercooler with 3" cold 2.5" hot piping

now im changing -

6boost lowmount manifold with 48mm wastegated flange

1000cc injectors

Upgrading my turbo to a project test turbo from a reputable company (capable of well over 500rwkw but using std rear housing obviously modded to suit larger wheel combinations)

upgraded fuel reg + modified fuel rail

what will be my downfalls obviously my intake manifold (plenum) is not ideal I get that but can anyone maybe help estimate what I would be looking at for powerwise either e85 or 98 pump??

any positive feedback would be appreciated!

It's a bit hard without the specs of the turbo, any hints on what garret/precision turbo this may be close too?

Just out of interest, are you running the atomic vernier timing gears or stock variable setup? Are you running the stock fuel reg with 2 x 044 pumps?

^^^^agree need to know more about the turbo specs!!

The rest of the mods look fine and being a manual the dyno figures should be on your side,if you have the turbo that's capable..450rwkw on 98 should be achievable quite easily at around 20psi and the sky's the limit on e85 especially if he turbo is capable of big boost!

yeah mate running atomic vernier timing gears and yes a new generic fuel reg will be used ( any hints on brands and prices etc?)

turbo im not even sure of! haha hes a good mate of mine building a complete custom one and wont tell me anything lol.

the last custom setup he made was in a std ford rear housing with a custom billet hi flow compressor wheel - produced 460-470rwkw (complete drop in turbo no modifications to lines covers etc)

so im not sure if its gonna be the sme size or roughly like a t51r or a custom t04z setup with a custom machined larger front compressor wheel. so I wish I knew once I know more about the setup I can share - but its all secret squirrel at the moment im not being told anything which is annoying in one aspect but exciting in the other
