Took the R1 out to the strip again on Friday. Ive changed the front sprocket back to a stock 17t from a 15t and best run of the night was my first run which was a 10.90 @ 133mph with a 1.9 60ft. Every other run after that I cocked the start up or just went slower. Ive come to the conclusion im too much of a spud a tryin to launch and race a bike so ill stick to cars lol

Yeh back in 2001 I had a 2000 ZX9. Took that down a few times. Best was 10.42 @ 141mph. Launching is hard, but it's just practice

I have an 04 GSR1000 now. I may give it a run

Yeah I know to get quicker its all about getting out there more and having a go. That's the 3rd time I've ever raced it so im still pretty new to racing bikes as opposed to cars lol
