No huge leap in power, but I reckon it'll pull from a lot lower than current 4's.

Can't imagine how much extra will be unleashed once the tuners get a play.

Nice step away from the big sport/tourer (CBR1100XX, Hyabusa, ZX14) being the one trying something different/ballsy.

Definitely shaping up to be something special.

Jay Leno's unveiling (I thought initially the 300hp was the street version)

edit: really hope the requirements for the longer rear mudguards are gone by the time it comes here - just wish they'd streamline the whole system

Well when I got my bike I rode it round brisbane for 6 weeks on my commute to tafe and back. Had cops and even hway patrol follow me a couple times and not once pulled over. So unless the cop actually knows what hes lookin at I dont think they will do much lol

^^ I remember hearing the other week that they are getting rid of the ADR that states you must have a red reflector / hideously long fender / shovel extending to the most rear ( back of the rear tyre ) point of the bike. Bike manufactures will start designing shorter fenders similar to the typical fender eliminator for our market.

It more means that they'll no longer have to design rear fenders that are solely for the Aussie market - they'll be able to use the ones that are acceptable in the rest of the world.

Hopefully more and more ADR's come in line with the rest of the world - Helmets are another item that are ridiculously over regulated and prevents us from having access to some fantastic products and reasonable prices
