First time you ride a big bike you'll forget all about wanting to mod a LAMS approved bike. I, stupidly, put an exhaust on my GPX250 back in the day coz I thought it was going to be awesome...it wasn't. Then my mates uncle let me ride his CBR1100...never again did I think about ever wanting to spend money on my slow POS GPX. Night and day difference between LAMS and open license bikes. God I miss my bike now :(

Bought it for the boss but she decided being a rider wasnt for her, so my son took it and just got his license.Derestrict it straightforward. Theres a white plug under the passenger seat.Unplug that. The tricky part is removing the restrictor on the throttle body. The earlier models are easy to get to but the 2013 on Ninja 650L chassis rails are in the way which means pulling the throttle bodies out. Unless you have access to some fancy tools.I can vouch for it being a fuking great bike to ride, both in town and out on the highway.
