I have spent thousands on cleaning products and devices (karcher's) to keep all my cars in 110% condition. Only the absolute best for my cars. Period. The car looks clean when I wash it but as soon as it drys the bug guts re-appear. What product do people reccommend me use to remove said bug guts? Guest wrxboy Guests Posted 13/01/04 11:04 PM Share Posted 13/01/04 11:04 PM Bug & Tar remover or Kerosene will work fine (ever notice how they smell the same) and won't have any harmful effect on your paint. However, you must polish the car straight after applying these products as they will strip off any previously applied product. This solution may not be a good idea if you have any "paint protection" product (eg Ming) as you're not supposed to polish over that stuff.
