I am getting a bad clunk at the moment which has just started. And for a while now I get a bad really fast knocking sound coming from the rear on takeoff when I let the clutch out (mainly when the car is under heavy load). It is quite bad with a box trailer on too. All the 3 bushes seem to be intact all I could find out of place under the rear was what you can see in the pics. The passenger side doesnt even have a plate on it and looks to be sunk back inside the bore. The drivers side plate is sticking out above the bore and the bush inside the bore also looks short. Sorry if the explanation doesnt make alot of sense or if the pics arnt the best. John.

Cracked all around the hole as you can see. So out with the mig and welded the cracks up the best I could in the space I had. Lucky the linkage is still ok. $40 for 2 new bushes + nuts from ford. So you think it could be the driveshaft bearing that's causing the strange quick knock, Il check it out. Thanks bionic Edited 06/05/13 10:08 PM by Falky100

Well you are 100% correct. The rubber is completely shot. Do you have a rough price in this part? Or will a $65 one from ebay do the trick? http://bit.ly/1cDgtgX Cheers bionic.
