Nearly Rolled My Turbo

Went to Wakefield last week in my Turbo. Bloody hot day, about 37c and the track was very slippery  . After the forth session, I was playing around doing power slides with my mate who has a XR6 EL Supercharged. I was getting more and more cocky and on turn 7 about 100km/h, just a little to quick and the ass end decided to pass me. My car went sideways across the paddock and hit a small drain side ways. That was enough to put the car up onto two wheels and slid along for another 10 meters on the two wheels, before coming to a stop and landing back on all four whels  .

I did'nt even know that I was up on two wheels until I got back to the pits and the boys said how bloody lucky are you? :smilielol: They where saying, had the car gone another couple of degrees more and she would have been on it's roof.

The only damage done to the car is that the tryes had grass and dirt stuck between the rubber and the rim. Front and back. Also the front L/H bearing has to be replaced.

Sooooooooo lucky. Looks like it's going to be a great year for me this year. Did'nt roll my car, and on the way to the coast last sunday, a nice police man let me off doing 120km/h in a 100 zone :nyaah: Top bloke.
