It's an 03 manual turbo. Started after I replaced the oil, oil filter and fuel filter, ran it off the ramps. Went to start it up to put it back in the shed and she won't start. Only thing I did after it started lasted was clean the K&N and fill the washer bottle. I've checked again to make sure the fuel filter is in the right way. Still no go. Here's a video of what it's doing. Help!

Couldn't believe it could've flattened in the half hour between starting it to check oil level and trying to start it to put in the shed but apparently it's not that uncommon.
