Weird Grind At Low Revs

Hey guys didn't know where to post because could be a suspension or diff thing

Since changing my link pins in the rear the other day I know have this weird grinding sound. It's jsut noticeable at idle and is a fair bit louder at 750rpm but then goes away after that. I thought it might be diff related but just a coincidence it only came about after changing the link pins

The other thing is it goes away once oil temp gets up to about 140f, again making me think its diff because the oil is getting up to temp.

Car's going in for a wheel alignment in the morning so gonna get the guys to get it up on the hoist and check it out but yea any clues? Link pins are going to be re-tightened because they could have come a bit loose

Cheers

Yea at idle, both stationary and moving. You can make it happen stalling it up to 750rpm. Doesn't happen in neutral though.

I wasn't able to tighten the link pins with load on suspension as I don't have a hoist and car is too low, getting the wheel shop to tighten them in the morning. I suppose we can check whether its the diff or not aswell while its up

I just figured that it was trying to turn the gears in the diff like stalling it up? I'm no mechanic just thought it was weird that it only happens when cold n when in drive. I guess if drive changes the revs from neutral there could be a different amount of vibration making the link pins vibrate?

Dunno if that link worked, just used my phone to record. Hard to make it out at all in the video.

Suspension place said link pins were fine but I don't think I've installed them right and they're rattling. Just weird that it's only when the car is dead cold
