They are ID1000 "style" injectors.

Genuine ID injectors are bought from Bosch by a company called injector dynamics, then they are modified, flow matched and given new serial numbers.

There are other companies doing a similar thing. Xpurt and KPM are 2 of them. Don't know who modified them for tuffcarparts. All are still Bosch ev14 injectors but not ID injectors.

Well there you go. Ive talked to him about them and he said that he's sold plenty and never had a drama and offers a 100% money back guarantee. So will see how they go when it hits the dyno anyway.

Well ill clarify they werent genuine ID1000's then they were the Tuff Car Parts Modified 1000cc's. But im sure will still be fine and will let you's know how they go when I get them tuned. What was supplied is exactly what was quote and exactly what was invoiced. Tuff Car Parts initially offered a choice of Genuine Injector Dynamics ID1000cc injectors, VCMP1000cc injectors and their own TCP1000 1000cc bosch EV14 injectors and I chose the TCP1000 option.

My advice. Spend the 50 bucks and get them flow tested if they are still out of the car.

Need to stress that I'm not saying they are crap or won't work. It could save the tuner a huge headache though. Also provide good info for others that are thinking of buying them.

not totally sure Justin modifies them? I thought there just a good old 1000cc Bosch EV14 injector (they are flow matched to be within 2% though)

I have the 52lb EV14 and they are great.

Well I have news to report on the tuff car parts injectors and they were absolutly perfect. Made 362rwkw on pump 98 and 430rwkw on e85 and had the fuel system to match and didn't have one issue with the injectors at all. So I would recommend the tuff car parts injectors anyday and for the price you can't go wrong.
