that's why you get a wrecked donor car and get ALL the stuff out of it. 30k- you got pwned.

I guess if I kept it as a standard conversion it would have been a bit cheaper. But when you buy a new gearbox, $2500 clutch, trutrack diff, engine mods tunes etc it adds up

Everyone is missing the point here...

Yes a XRT would be the smarter idea... But I'f you're set on mods for your car, Id look at doing injectors, fuel pump, plenum, and nos.

A turbo conversion wouldnt go astray when youre off your ps... But you should look into this a bit further.. im not sure on the laws anywhere else, but in SA the p player power restriction laws also ban performance upgrades (extractors are included).

Might as well turbo it now :P
