Haha yeah, whatever mate, misread or misrepresent anything and everything you want to make yourself look correct, I don't really care.

As for the other fella, Its like everything else, look after it, it'll last, if you call giving examples "jumping down his throat"( I wasn't having a go at all honest advice is what it was ) then yeah I suppose I did but hey, I haven't a clue about fabrics and materials, I walk about with a white stick and a Labrador most days.

Peeling works like a blister mostly, isn't linear like yours at all.

I don't care if you get it replaced, it doesn't cost me a cent at all.

We use whatever spec and supplier architects or customer specifies, we don't sell it, we remake or renovate old wing back chairs etc (send to upholsterers) .if you can con your dealer with this, good on ya , just pray ford don't get a leather place to look at it !

G6EMKII I don't like being rude and there was nothing rude about my post, I'm not a Expert on seats and leather so which is why I asked that question, and thought maybe somebody with more knowledge on the subject than me can help out, because I have a FG Falcon with leather and I have always wondered about this. How the hell did I jump down somebodies throat?.

In reality you might be a half decent bloke, but you sound like a typical loser, I deal with losers sometimes in my business but I treat them well because I get paid for my work, thanks for asking all my customers are happy, even the losers.

He's saying I was having a go at you mate for giving an example of why its good to feed the leather.....I wasn't at all. I wasn't even having a go at him but he doesn't want to listen, only wants support that he's right, well, he wasn't in this case but knows better, I was trying to put it politely blaming the pic but to be honest, that doesn't work with pig headed ness...:(

You call yourself experienced!! Im very surprised you run a buisness with your attitude and knowledge.

You obviously must have alot of complaints about your attitude workmanship and materials you use in your upholstery buisness.that's why your having a go at me because I went to dealer and told them my leather was peeled, ripped, cracked, stabbed , scuffed, and what ever else you want to call it.

I had a b series and now a fg both with leather and I must say the fg leather is thin but if you treat it weekly or monthly depending on the amount you drive.

My ba start to wear on the side and I never treated it 90000kms.

Fg a little bit of wear on the side. Second owner for 5000km 6 months and treat it every month. The only way you get wear like that is with jeans and other cloths with metal inserts. And lack of treatment.
