Cloth grips better than leather if you tend to slide around in the seat while cornering, though I think the leather isn't full leather and still has some cloth sections that might help? Got cloth myself, true pov pack.

Leather does not wear as good as most people think it should. Both cars I had leather the front seat lumbar (where you slide in and out of the seat) wore quickly because of friction and the seat belt and became ugly. Maybe it's the quality but it is what it is. I've had both and prefer cloth now. I had leather in the AU II8 and the BA II 8 and I'd prefer to spend the premium for leather on other go quick stuff or other options. Use cloth protection every 3 months or so and it will look good for ages. Leather is definately good if you have young kids. No argue there.

Leather.

If you spill s#!t on it just wipe it clean. And clean it properly once a month with good leather cleaner and treatment.

Only down side could cook a egg on it on a +40 day get a seat throw over.

Leather in the 50th after 3yrs is minted, two kids and 95000 Klms

Territory has suede and fabric (think its suede ?? ) minted after 155000klms, 7yr old.

Prefer fabric for comfort but leather for ease of care.

I look after my cars, kids make a mess, leather cleans easy but there's a wealth of cleaning products these days but no replacement for looking after it .
