Hi Guys,

Just wandering what you would prefer, leather trim or cloth trim. Reasons? Just tying to make my mind up. The below are my personal opinion towards both cloth an leather. The key word MY OPINION. Just after suggestions and your views.

Leather

Goods = looks better

Bad = wear and tear compared to cloth, leather + 40 degrees = cooked ass

Cloth

Goods = wear and tear compared to leather

Bad = looks

Cheers

Mcfear

Leather is my choice.

If you look after it and treat the leather with conditioner it will look as new many years to come. If you do nothing to it,it will dry out crack. Also get a good quilty dark window tints that will help and wont give you that hot ass.

It's easier to clean. If you accidently spell something it wipes right off, not with Fabric it stains.

+ 1 for Leather

+1 for leather. Get cashmere leather it doesn't get hot , and looks freak'n awesome

Just get some good protectant to keep it soft, and that will help repel any spills

I am on my 3rd fg the first one I had custom aftermarket leather trim the 2nd one was cloth and the 3rd one is the ford leather . If I had my time again I would go the custom leather again the quality over the ford leather is a big differance.

I always preferred cloth as I found it more comfortable but was in a mates g6et and the leather is surprisingly good in it! Iv been in numerous holdens with leather and its cheap and nasty!

I'd probably choose leather if you have the choice as its easier to clean
