anything u do could cause warranty void.,,,

it is very unlikely that changing shocks will effect if your engine blows so they probably wont void that claim... however if u have bush issues or steering issues then they may...

its all relative... very rarely does a mod on a part such as suspension effect a claim for engine or box but I believe if they wanna be chunts then they can refuse claim and void warranty...

tuning however yes... can void... very much so...

brand new F6 here, did flex plate at 10,000kms old, computer sent away and warranty voided.

however the jet has been in for a new dif at a touch past 100,000kms and they just did it... even with the 11 second (at the time, now 10) time slip in the glove box...

may have something to do with me workin there but who knows lol

Trust the best reply to be from a female!

Figured that would be the case was checking to see if anyone had any trouble with warranty claims with small mods cause they can be dicks.

They tried to say my 20inch rims on my old fg xr6t caused upper control arm rubbers to break. but is common problem.

Did you pop your diff?? or was it just the hard casing worn - noisy?

if you change anything, and in fords eye is seems to contribute to the problem. you got nothing

for eg, you upgrade suspension, and your bushes flog out, your on your own!

a tune will void almost everything

cat back is ok, but depends on the dealer.

you modify something, that later causes a problem = no warranty

its simple really.
