Excess preload shortens the travel. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/84533-actuator-movement/#findComment-1378231 Share on other sites
usernumber1234 Member 47 Member For: 13y 2m 24d Posted 07/04/13 06:59 AM Author Share Posted 07/04/13 06:59 AM Yeah how much preload is needed? That may be my issue. Probs getting 20mm max. If I go one more turn the flapper will be able to spin. usernumber1234 Member 47 Member For: 13y 2m 24d Posted 07/04/13 07:03 AM Author Share Posted 07/04/13 07:03 AM Next question. Running a standard exhaust housing with a .70 compressor housing so standard actuator bracket doesnt fit. Made my own one but I think that may be the issue. Best place to get a proper actuator bracket? Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/84533-actuator-movement/#findComment-1378244 Share on other sites
