I thought 19psi was a lot to put through the FG turbo but I'm not gonna second guess spiro's work! Is it 'safe' to drive around on 19psi tune all day everyday?More than likely the 19psi tune, the lower boost tunes are more for when my other half has to drive it.It's also 19psi fading back in the top end whilst still holding majority of the power, Spiro is more than happy with the "safeness" of the tune.^^something does not add up here^^hey fletty, is yours manual?that's some strong numbers for stock huffer.Yea, it is the manual I did not post Bel's chart to directly compare to the op, I'm sure the op is happy with what he has and that's how it should be, I posted it in reference to people doubting what boost is required to make a certain number.But a tune should be done to what an owner wants from there car, as a street car I wanted to power delivery to be smooth to make it driveable and not have the boost come on with a rush like the op's (which is why it would benefit of not letting the auto shift late), but as mentioned Bel's car will spin up with this tune so unless trying to impress some kids with the smoke show, the tune is nice on the street which was the reason we chose to do it this way.Ratter is right on the money there, I wasn't after a low boost tune, with a 300+ outcome at peak rpm, I wanted big power low down with the ability to hold that power right through the rev range. Personal preference I don't see the point of making all the power at almost redline, Yea I can imagine the power delivery is nice and smooth but I make the same power at such lower rpm.Where I live, we also run 1/8th mile drags so this type of tune is much more beneficial for me and the uses I have for my car :sungum:Cheers everyone for the positive comments, Is finally good to be able to enjoy my car and get the most out of my set-up! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
