I went through this in the last month looking at F6's.I ended up buying one from a dealer which was a little more then private but having 3mths warranty to get problems fixed and 4x new dunlops was enough for me.There was a private one in Victoria that had all service history etc which might still be for sale.It was white and around $34,500 from memory

That one linked to above on carsales doesn't add up.

TWO MATURE OWNERS SO IT HASNT BEEN MISTREATED! Yeah right

IT IS IN DEAD STANDARD CONDITION AS FROM THE FACTORY! Is now, probably wasn't before.

And the engine bay isn't real clean but the coolant overflow tank looks brand new. Milkshake maybe?

thanks for the replies guys

so is there anything inparticular that I should really be looking for with these cars? Items that a common to fail? Parts that need frequent attention or service? What would you look for mainly if you were looking at buying one?

Also can someone give me their opinion of the interior and stereo, nav, etc that's in the car?

Honestly... if your coming from any euro car interior is crap... crap crap crap...

No nav in 09-10-11 stereo is pretty average to poor and techninolgy is just all around average...

But performance... winning ... $ for $ u wont find a better perfoemance package imo...

There are a few issues but none major... the 09 f6 was a pretty good package .. diff leak is quite common but not a huge issue...

Ours makes over 400 is driven every day and has done 160000 with no mmajor issues at all Really...

Glove box wont line up lol but that's about it
