The holes can most definitely be welded up easily without distorting the boot if you get the right guy on the job. But, as others have said. So you are blending into the boot itself, then only clearing the whole boot. Obviously the holes are near the edge of the boot next to the qtr's, but that doesn't mean you colour the whole edge.
