Mine made 370 on 98, injectors still had more left in them so you should be ok

your injectors will be safer than your rods at 400

normally they will close to being maxed but assuming the fuel pressure is good, yes the 400 may be achievable, but may not be ideal

well I am running a FG MK2 Bottom end so the rods are slightly better then the old motor

well we will see when you re-tune it if it likes it but if it is having a hard time we will just have to back it back to a place its happy at
