Drive it like you stole it and they'll be gone in no time. With those kms you could argue that they're f*cked anyway/ At 80,000 mine were pretty well shot and it was an ex company car. Just buy an aftermarket trans cooler that mounts to the from of your car. The kits are on eBay and are certainly cheaper than a new transmission.
