Front Seats Swap Out For Xr 6/8 Seats

I want to swap the front seats of my G6ET for a set of XR series seats.

I find the seat a bit small for my big ass and they don’t offer a lot of lateral support when corning.

As I have stated elsewhere on here, I could drive for 5 hours without stopping in my 2006 BF XR8 but find myself looking for a bit of a stretch and walk about
after a couple of hours in my 2012 G6ET.

I thought it might have been because the vehicle was new but after 15,000ks and a couple of 6 hour runs I am still of the same opinion.

My questions are;

Has anyone done it, Can anyone see any problems with it.

The electric side of the seat should be in the base and not the seat.

I'm considering doing the same my G6ET seats need more side bolstering like GTP seat's or similar.

Maybe new foams and re covered?
