Fill at overflow tank. Press in and release the main thick coolant lines to get the water through faster (it sucks it out of the overflow tank for you)

No point doing it more than once :-)

^ pretty sure the thermostat would prevent a full flush from the block!

J@s interested in the reasons u chose semi over full?

Read your or any turbo/f6 owners manual and report back what u find

I did get told from a guy in supercheap lol..... Never to use fully synthetic oils in turbo charged cars! Done a little research and it's 50/50 I just want what's best for MY car. That's why I asked your opinion.

If you want to fully flush the cooling system take the 10mins and remove your thermostat and lower hose then flush the old stuff out, being only coolant I wouldn't be to fussed.

Manual says mineral oil, I had a chance to see a set of fg cams that were removed in front of me that ran mobil 1 from brand new that had lobes in crap house pitted, glazed condition, serviced every 5,000kms and a total 90,000kms

Some swear full syn

I just go as close to guidelines that ford suggest, iam sure there was a engineer or two put onto the task of selecting a oil for the turbo engine and I stay close to that
