Turns out I'm going to get a dual 2.5" system with quad tips!

Should look the goods

If you can, could you take a video clip before and after the install to gauge the sound difference?

so if I was to get a 4 inch x force catback to bolt onto stock dump and cat for now, how will I go with fitting bigger dump and high flow cat later on?

also where to buy the xforce cat backs? there are some 2.5 twins on ebay but nothing else. what has the better note, stainles or mild steel?

Was thinking of getting the Xforce twin 2.5" mild steel cat-back installed. Upinder was running it in his car on the Mt Buller cruise few weekends ago and it sounded good. Pretty reasonable cost as well to install and the installer said it won't need me to get a re-tune of the current tune.

But ...

Read on Internet that others have experienced drone with this system - on a Expensive Daewoo forum. From what I read in this thread - it's a mixed bag - those posted up have said no drone.

Might ping a few of the posters above to see what they think of their twin 2.5s now

In the dim past, thought I read somewhere that twin 2.5" twins were restrictive and they implied it was not worth doing over the stock cat-back exhaust. But search didn't bring up that thread but not too worried about not gaining power - just don't want to lose what I have right now with the stock exhaust :drivingalong:

I'm not running a lot of power over stock and don't have any intentions of doing any further power upgrades on my auto BA T. But would like the exhaust to sound a bit more throater. But don't think I would like droning if that's a by-product. Read I would need to upgrade CAT and other parts to reduce the drone and that doesn't sound appealing cost wise to me.

So asking for any opinions on the Xforce twin 2.5" mild steel cat-back - :beerchug:

I had 500hp with the quiet version of the twin 2.5", sounds almost stock, no drone in stainless

The version with smaller mufflers and mild steel sounds a lot better.
