Yeah well mine must have been special! It created 16psi back pressure! Once the 3.5" one was fitted all was good.

Special or not, it supports a hell of a lot more than 320rwkw, mine has over 400 and others are at 450+

Either a single 90Mm or the twin 63 would be okay but they do produce a different exhaust note. In the early years of the Ford Turbo's the APS system was a single 90 then it ran into into twin 63 at out of the first muffler - and the system was noise compliant.

As for 16 PSI back pressure - that is a lot in an aftermarket system IMO even with the power levels noted. I assume the testing was done at full power?

A rough test on just the rear muffler off the twin 63 Manta shows very low readings (under 2 PSI) but at much lower power levels. I will say the test gear was none too charming but it did show that reading

Kosij.. Your twin 2.5" probably was the one that came out with the restrictive rear muffler..

This was fixed in later products..
