BA GTs had premium PBR. Just fitted some to my 03 XR6T ute.

You'll only gain because the quality of the rotor would be better. If looking for a cheap upgrade get a front set of FG calipers and discs, as well as rear territory calipers and discs. Won't be too expensive and will be a massive upgrade from what you have now, especially if you use good discs ad pads

(greater moment of torque if I remember my high school physics correctly)

I can't remeber the rear set-up.BF Mk2 - 322 x 28 front rotor / twin piston - same caliper as territory. A fair system but nothing special. Rears are a 303 solid rotor with caliper to suit.In terms of upgrades the BA premiums are reasonably rated by most people. Race Brakes in Sydney sometimes have new kits. Second hand - well, its brakes and the calipers hoses etc are heading to ten years old so think about that if you find some.Rears - the very common territory offers a ventilated rotor ( 328??) and a different caliper to that of the BF2 - good upgrade and an easy fit IF you get all of the parts and ditch your dust shields.Territory Turbo runs a unique rotor package - nice but a bit rare.If the stock system is really sh*t it might just be pads...... funny how some people want these hipo cars and put 30 dollar pads in them and run the discs down to paper-thin.
