Pack it up take it to a computer repair place. Pay the fee and they will do it for you. Or poor water on it and get new one on insurance. If you can't get into recovery mode you won't be able to do drivers and the like once it is fresh installed

go and egt a windows install disc off someone beg borrow or steal or last resort go and acually buy one get windows 7 or xp vista is gay and just put cd into laptop then run from disc it guides you through the rest if you can work on a car you can fix a pc its piece of piss look it up on the internet lol

Luckily for J@, the ECU is much simpler than a computer hahahahah

Not surprised, as Freaky said, no dice on the straight answers :)

Use external HDD to back the stuff up you want to keep, as a format IS DESTRUCTIVE...

then use the F1 (or whatever works for your recovery mode) method to get to factory defaults, it'll smash the drive's contents into oblivion (not so much, realistically) and leave it in the state you originally bought it in (that's the idea, anyway).
