In have a 38mm external and its a touch to small and it will end up a lot more expensive.Simon did some 42mm internal ports a while back. Not sure if that's the path he still goes down. My turbo is 90 thousand old now and still holding boost OK even with new crow springs retune and a few more wasps. Gearbox is really next on the cards for me anyway so I hope the actuator holds out a while longer. When it does go south I will probably go another stock spec one as I'm happy with power levels to be honest.Once you get it sorted Matt, have a gander in WA section and come for a cruise! Watch out for the cruise controllers though they are d!ck heads and some even get punched in the face hahaha. Perhaps one with a flapper that's large enough already? Not wanting to go for a high mount just yet either. The car however rarely gets driven as I work away and have a second car, and does not get driven very hard so maybe I can expect a little more life out of the turbo? Or have it rebuilt???
