Just reminding everyone to keep an eye on their rubber grommet that hold the PVC valve in. My car had developed a slightly higher L/per hour on idle, and about 0.8 to 1L per 100km worse economy at 100kmh.

Found the rubber grommet had perished and although the PVC valve was still in place, it was leaking badly. The grommet was practically in 3 peices. Simple vac leak. Simple fix. Just something to check next time you service your car.
