Otherwise it becomes far too difficult to police. I don't think running a .7 front housing is a big improvement from the .5, and porting and flapper mod I thought was more to help control boost. A standard turbo with no mods on a factory mounted custom manifold would see greater improvements in power then a bigger front housing will.
