Haha yeh I meant just the dump pipe all custom made

Oh I'll have to have a look as I supplied some of the stainless, v-bands etc....Not cheap though probably 1500ish

You could wrap the dump or just the section where it is too close to something. I did it once on n/a extractors. The steel pipe didn't like it but I reckon a stainless dump might be a bit better and maybe the heat is not that bad in the dump to worry about cracking. Its the turbo manifold you definately cant wrap.

Nevertheless sleaves help but if its too close to the heat source its not miracle stuff. Sometimes just shifting stuff a couple of cm makes the difference.

I reckon you need some sort of flex joint on that wastegate pipe. Heat will shift everything around and the V Bands wont seal too well.

Data doesn't lie and didn't I just get a surprise. Went out and did a 4th gear spool log of the new set-up. The Turbo is so quiet I was expecting it to spool slower than the GT3566r......boy was I wrong.

Its out-spooling the stock manifold and GT3582r (0.5 cover) and has 2psi on the GT3566r as it ramps up. STOKED.

The minimum boost is 5.5psi (7psi rated spring) and the gate is opening well before the eBoost gate pressure so I desperately need to put a much heavier spring and feed so boost to the top of the gate. At 80% duty I'm only seeing 14psi....and more duty cycle isn't doing much.

oh cool I didnt know u had the option of a t4 let me know you go toads cause this is exactly how I want my set up then again ill prob get it done before u :)

ripsey I thought u were selling this car?

I was but invested to much into it now

Ended up changing to a gtx3582 internal gate on the 6 boost manifold on e85 pulled 644hp on 16psi so there is heaps more to come once I can get rpm signal to the eboost
