I have a very similar set up to what you are referring to, my set up consists of a etm tuned length manifold gtx3582r turbo an 48mm external wastegate.

Using this set up I managed to make more horse power with less boost, much quicker spool, and great boost control.

Its not all about power. A high mount tubular manifold will cook everything around it. Your bonnet paint work, your master cylinder and other bits and pieces. So if you are just want moderate 400kw save your time fixing up the above.

I emailed Kyle from 6boost about this very thing he told me he had a set up but it was not really worth it unless I was going to external waste gate ect. Witch made me really confordent in 6boost as a company that there not in it for the money. Other people on this site can probably vouch for this better than me. But I would be emailing or calling Kyle and telling him your plans and he will recommend the best way to go.

I can vouch for this. Kyle's honesty has saved me a lot of money over the past 4 years.

I cant even get him to spend my money on doing a 4 link for my ute as he believes it will be a waste of money. His advice has been invaluable throughout my whole build process.
