Hi everybody

Ever since the day the xr6t was announced in the media I have wanted one, however we owned an AUII XR8 that didn't really need replacing. Anyway my wife had to have surgery on her left foot in November and hasn't recovered as well as she had hoped and was having trouble with the clutch in the XR8. The solution to the problem was obvious to me; upgrade to an XR6T auto.

So yesterday we picked up our mercury silver, auto, leather, tinted XR6T and my wife loves it. In fact she just rang me at work to say she's ditched the kids and is out for a drive along Bells Line of road with a friend and she just can't manage to stick to the speed limits.

I knew I should have taken the day off!

I knew I would be happy with the car but for my wife to be that impressed it has to be good.

you crazy ppl.. I solved the who's driving issue quite easily..

1) It's my car ! (well it is...)

2) I subsidised her buying her car... (genius move!)

3) I let her drive it ( ) and after her cruising along driving next to a fleet of trucks I got a bit testy about stone chips, told her to floor it and she proceeded to floor it... and once it started to take off she took her foot off the power and the tranny did a 'wtf u doing to me jolt'... I then 'got a bit testy' once again.. conversation ended with something along of 'You're never driving this again until I feel safe with you driving this car in any situation'...

I'm such a bas*ard sometimes.... :hiwelcome:

heh.

Sharkey...if u start having problems getting her outta the drivers seat..easy follow these simple combinations of steps...

*Tell her the drivers seat visor has no vanity mirror

*Install a series of lipstick holders in the glove compartment for easy access

*Put a foot spa on the left front floor

*Keep a womens day mag in the left door trim compartment

*Tell her shes getting a badly burnt right arm and she needs to even them out on the left side

*Keep up the compliments of how sexy she looks from the right side+

*Or make her paraniod about her left side

or use it to your advantage and make it sexuall and tell how much of a turn on it is to see a chick driving such a big strong powerful automobile....and make her go through the gears like Kylie Minougue in the "I just cant get u outta my head"...filmclip......

Kinda sexy seein a chick all worked up and exited about a car, tell her you'll ban sex for a month if she dosn't flee the drivers seat forthwith, I'd like to see that!! Great colour choice by the way, welcome to the "Fast Class" club
