Youth is definitely wasted on the young...

Jon my condolences.. As much as we are strangers theres a definite brotherhood when it comes to forums and the like.

Having lost a young family friend just over a year ago under similar circumstances I understand only too well..

Its an emotional roller coaster.. Family , friends and your memories are your solace

Jon,

My sincerest heartfelt condolences, that is terrible news.

My extended family experienced a similar loss recently, but I still can't fathom what you must be feeling.

Lean on your close friends, family (and us) to get through the tough days.

Regards Gavin

Jon,

I am so sorry to hear about your loss.

I have 2 daughters and can only guess at what this means for you and your family.

Best wishes to you for coping with what has happened.

Hey everyone, I hope you are all well. Getting my life back on track, hopefully I will have my G6 in at work in the next couple of weeks to build the new cooler. I started my own business doing automotive fab work so the cooler should be a good thing. Just a quick one I had some Superpro comfort diff bushes put in less than 2000km ago. The main rear one has torn itself to bits. Anyone reccomend anything that can hold out? This one was worse than a factory bush?

Kindest regards Jon

Sorry to hear everything that's gone on mate!

Pretty sure Superpro have a lifetime warranty and haven't heard off any tearing apart. Maybe give their tech guys a call and pick their brains, could be a dodgy batch or something

Hey Lee, yeah not working at there anymore. Got my little workshop sorted. Been waiting to get my Fg in for bigger cooler but been busy with other work. The Ba is killa, mrs still over moon with it. Was going to drop an Fg motor in but mrs is happy with performance. Will just do some basic upgrades, the intercooler core for that should be here soon. Will upload some pics of some trick work been doing soon, hopefully I can get a start on the fg soon. Hope all is well with you bud. You got that fg yet?

Kindest regards Jon

Hey Guys

I hope everyone has been well. Sorry for the delay in getting the rest of the G6 done. Ok so I finally got a chance to get her into the workshop and start on the new cooler. The core is a lightweight Euro tube n fin, its massive!! The core is has 490 tube length and will end up being 5" or 125mm thick with tanks. It has been a very tight squeeze to get it in to where it sits at moment. I will start folding the sheet tanks tomorrow, I did stay back for a bit tonight and tried a few temps out made from card. Anyway here's a few pics of where it sits at present. I will post more as the build goes along, then its of to the dyno again next week

Kindest regards Jon

Here's some pics of header pipes I just built for a TRD trophie truck if anyone's interested. 321 SS 30thou wall 3 step tuned tri-y. Something a bit different. Attached a pic showing the purged weld too...

Kindest regards Jon
