Also it is in away compromised I feel. All you need is a love tap from a Roo or peak hour small bingle and the wife not realising the trans cooler is dropping oil in the front guard and on to the tyre.Or being stuck on the side of the road after a small roo hit with a dead trans.So for me as soon as this PWR kit is released I will be in like flin! My warranty expires this June so timing is perfect. Mounts behind the fog light. Think of it exactly like the themostat in the engine. The main let down with the OEM unit (aside from milkshake) is it's undersized and lacks any real external cooling. This lets it down under extreme conditions. The PWR unit will address both issues. It's significantly larger and incorporates cooling fins. So engine water temp, which is themostatically controlled, passes through the core at a controlled temp and the external fins will make the cooler more efficient as the fluid circulates through it as air passes over it.cheers, lol.
