look at the first vid,they talk about endless hours of making this thing better and faster but have purchased a motor from the states for one and videos of the endless hours of testing is of a ve not a vf? did they even test this car?

A lot of car companies use older models to test "other" parts, so as not to be so obvious to the public that a new car is on its way. This testing would have been going on for years, not just last week.

So, whats the issue with the motor coming from the USA????

Oddly enough I think the GTS looks awesome.. All the goodies and the power make it even better for an 'off the shelf' car.. Once people start tinkering with pulleys etc I'm thinking there will be a few monsters running around.

Unfortunately I think everyone is getting such a hard on for the GTS they are missing the fact that the SS and Bogan special and R8 are all just gonna be running the same power package as the VE with a few more shiny things in the cabin..

agree. once the modders get hold of it- lower. killa offset 11's on the back. flash the car its gonna be hard to beat in looks and performance. 500rwkw with just a tune and exhaust? very probable...
