STIFLR Donating Members 572 Member For: 16y 1m 28d Gender: Male Location: Victoria Posted 05/02/13 09:44 PM Share Posted 05/02/13 09:44 PM Hey guys, My car developed a front end noise last night as I drove home and was doing it again this morning.Its a metal sound, kinda sounds trailer moving around on a tow ball. From driving it this morning it only happens at lower speeds, when under braking and predominately when turning left. Its creeks sightly when turning right.There is no noise when on rough or uneven surfaces and otherwise the car drives fine, it doesnt pull to one side and brakes as per normal.Its due for a service but any ideas of what it could be before I take it in?Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mine was tight at the bottom but slightly loose up top and mainly made noise on bumpy road and during hard/fast weight transfer from side to side.Hope you find the cause of your clunk, I know first hand how annoying they can be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
