I've downloaded the PDF Manual, and following the instructions (press and hold play-pause) I can't get it to turn off. I've tried the Hold switch and Menu key trick to do a reset but that doesn't work either. The manual talks about downloading I-Tunes into the Ipod but I am not sure if this is mandatory. Will the Ipod work without I-Tunes?PAH
