When you guys are lowering your cars, are you getting front & rear camber kits or just getting the front shimmed and leaving the rear, lets assume SSL all round.?

That's cool, I bought SSSL's for just the rear for now... Are they easy to do yourself? Do you just release the bottom of the shock and lower the control arm like they do in the Commodores (sorry I had to use that reference!) I'm just curious, because I've come from Holdens all my life... and now I have turned, to the better side :)

sssl's will be border line needing camber adjustment but given it costs a bit of $$ to do it properly don't worry.

Yea basically what you said. Undo bottom of shock, undo sway bar and undo control arm at the hub and it'll drop out. Then I put the new spring in and use a trolley jack to jack it back up and put it back together

As J@ said, about half an hours work for the rears. I think first time around took me 3hours front and rear and like 1.5-2hours second time around

Barnesy, I have just lowered mine ( SSSL Rear - SSL Front ) and cut my stock rear bumpstop's, no camber correction or anything, drive's straight no pulling, just has a very very faint vibration at around 100k's, might be something to do with the rear driveshaft angle now possibly, anything under 100 there's nothing just around the 100-110k speed's...

JAIHO, have to remove front strut assembly to do front's, rear's are like a Holden, just undo the shock's etc and pry the lower control arm down a little to get the spring in...

Hope this help's...

Okay Awesome, sounds good as! I'll post some pics up of it when I get home tonight which is unmodified, and then on saturday when I get it slightly lowered.

Thanks for your help guys, most appreciated!
