What do we think is the max twin pipes that will fit the gap? I roughly measured the G6ET cutout at 8 inches, so I am thinking a tight fit for two 3.5s. Anyone got that?

Have seen twin 3.5, tight and didn't look right.
You'd want a bit of room as they will move around a bit and after a flogging the get pretty hot, the bumper will burn if it's too tight.

Yea fair call.

I have lost the thread I found it in, but someone posted a photo of a hose clamp around a rubber hanger to raise a muffler a little, as mine is hanging way too low.

Opposite problem on mine, would prefer it to sit a cm lower as it's right up near the bumper now and has some rub marks on it!

I like how yours are tucked in Steve, so if someone reverses into you they hit bumper before the exhaust. mine stick out a bit. might upload a photo of it sometime.

id like a big tow hitch on the back of my car, feel safer with one for some reason.

nah all good- had to cut the bumper to shape on the left to accommodate the extra width.

they are on a twin 2.5 system.
