Over the weekend the miss has come back and gotten worse to the point where it is running on 5 cyls at idle and breaking down really bad when giving it any throttle at all. Also when I shut the car off I can hear the turbo still spinning but it's a coarse sound? What is acceptable end float for a turbo? I don't appear to be losing coolant and there is no milkshake in the overflow bottle so hopefully not a head gasket.Basically I want to have the car checked out but not really sure who to take it to in Perth?Cheers for any help you can offer. I can only get to the front one easy and the rest can't get to at all woth the fuel rail there

Tyko86 Member 3 Member For: 11y 11m 17d Posted 30/01/13 10:47 AM Author Share Posted 30/01/13 10:47 AM Thanks for all the responses - the car is stock 155,000km. I have replace 5 of 6 coils with aftermarket, can't remember exact brand but they were cheap approx. $20 each.I used the ngk plugs with 1.1mm gap as car is still stock. Shaun - I live south of the river but happy to travel to have someone with expertise check it over. What is the best method to use to eliminate the coils? I replaced them originally because they looked sh*tty and had hairline cracks in the plastic and it did seem to solve the problem.

I would be putting a set of genuine coils in right away
