I had Altenzos on my N/A G6E. I got 50,000kms out of them, but they were an absolute liability in the wet. N/A's shouldnt break traction at 80km/h!

agree'd mine always break traction in the wet

Cheap Achillies ATR... if you need 245/30/20 (ie. a B series) these are the only tyre to buy...

Nitto invo if you run 245/35/20 (F series) or Achillies if you want good value...

On my BF Turbs, I have cheap Achilles ATR Sports (245/30R20) on the front and Federal 595 Evo (275/30R20) on the rear and they manage to maintain the ponies in the dry. In the wet, the traction control stays ON.

If your booting it in the wet no tyre is gonna hold..

Maxxis MAZ-1 (I think are that's the name) are an awesome tyre for the money and also the Achillies are cheaper too, and last longer than the maxxis I had on before.. I had a scary incident in the wet with the Achillies but the corner I spun on had a dip mid corner and I prob was going a bit too fast trying to make the light.. But apart from that they have been great..

My tires are nearly as good in the wet as the dry.

dNOT falken 452's lol

have to run them at 35psi to get any grip and they start scrubbing out. Now with about 1-2mm before indicators the car skates around soon as I hit boost on stock fg.

Not overly great in the wet either, plus tyre life is ordinary!

The next I buy will be achilles atr sports. yet to decide whether I go series 1 or series 2 though. But I have 2 dunlop sports max gt's sitting in my shed I got for free going on in a month or . Hopefully they're pretty good. I think they're the tyres Henz had on his rota's and he liked them

Yea I have the sports maxx GTs in 295s. Grip in the wet is bloody awesome. Even in the dry it will hold 360 in 2nd on a good surface!

I went back to a bridgestone 275 for a few weeks, first bend in the wet turned into a massive drift, in the dry could bang 4th and brushfire streets easily.

That makes me excited to put mine on Henz! especially with mods coming up soon

On a side note I'll be getting the ATR sport 2 for the front in the next week or so. Getting a ridiculously good price on them. Will report after a few kms to say how they go
